Welcome Mark Poulain

Mark Poulain has moved to Table Place Chairs after nine years at Roca, bringing many years of experience and knowledge in the hotel specification market. The Table Place Chairs brand has been in the hospitality sector for years, under the name UHS Group, providing furniture solutions across the globe.

We are extremely excited and lucky to have Mark and his experience on board to drive forward our ambitious growth globally.

“I am absolutely delighted to join the Table Place Chairs team as we embark on an exciting journey of expansion and growth in our key markets. The team have created a fantastic platform from which we will take this journey and I am excited to be here.

I was blown away by the Clerkenwell showroom when I met the team for the first time. The space inspired me, the quality of the furniture and the fabulous welcome from the team. It struck me as an incredible platform from which the business could continue to grow and evolve from.

The timing of the rebrand from UHS to TablePlaceChairs was perfect and the icons are really captivating our clients. There is a tremendous can-do entrepreneurial ethos in the business, and I’m delighted to join the team and continue the journey with them.” Mark

Mark joined us right before a crucial time in our brands development, right after launching the re-brand of Table Place Chairs and before the start of a busy period participating in a series of events that placed us at the heart of three different sectors – Workspace Design Show, HIX and Cruise Ship Interiors Expo. It was fantastic to have Mark join us at this time and for him to have the opportunity to introduce Table Place Chairs to his existing network.

As with anyone who joins our team, we like to start by asking them three simple questions…
