Accounts Payable

  • Entering invoices onto NetSuite
  • Matching GRNI and delivery notes to the invoice
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with invoice queries with purchasing and suppliers
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Bank reconciliation

    Warehouse Operative

    As Warehouse Operative at Table Place Chairs, you will support warehouse operations & activities, with responsibilities including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

    Warehouse Supervisor

    Type: Permanent / Full-Time (40hrs)

    About the Role:

    As Warehouse Supervisor at Table Place Chairs, you are responsible of overseeing and coordinating the daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes and to maximise warehouse productivity. Ultimately, the Warehouse Supervisor should ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to maximise warehouse productivity.


    To be successful in this role, you will be an effective team leader and experienced in optimising warehousing processes. An outstanding warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
